What embraced the soft_isticated? “Fluidity and continuity in the design through the generosity of open spaces, with solutions such as rounded corners,” says Otegui. Among the classics of the workplace, he fled from conventional screens, looking for a different enclosure, “more domestic, friendly and elegant”.

To achieve this atmosphere, the company relied on materials “with soft, smooth textures, very adaptable to these rounded configurations, which transmit security and beauty.” Technical woods have been the main tool “for their authentic and beautiful finishes that, in addition, are more suitable for a workplace project due to their price and maintenance”.

Otegui values precisely the comfort and versatility of offices as attraction factors; “only in this way will we get people to want to come here to work instead of staying at home”.
